Make sure to have a pair of earphones/buds with you. The stereo, in-ear effect, will greatly enhance the results. Trust the process—you’re in for an incredible experience!
22. Is hypnosis covered by insurance?

At this time, I do not bill insurance directly, but many clients are able to get reimbursed for hypnotherapy through their insurance provider. Some health plans—especially those with flexible spending accounts (FSA) or health savings accounts (HSA)—allow reimbursement for hypnosis, particularly when used for stress management, smoking cessation, chronic pain, or health-related concerns.

If your insurance offers coverage, you would pay for your session upfront, and I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit for potential reimbursement. Since coverage varies, I encourage you to contact your provider to confirm.
23. Are there any side effects of hypnosis?
